These beans originate from the birthplace of coffee - Ethiopia. Grown in the town of Sidamo, Gedeo Zone at an extremely high altitude of around 2,500 m (8.200 ft.), these beans are fully washed and then soaked up for 72 hours in fermentation tanks. The process enables the beans to become intensely flavorful, aromatic, and mellow with a smooth taste. The beans are world-renowned and used by many coffee connoisseurs for their flavor complexity and flawless Grade-1 standards.
